MELISSA SELBY
I have worked in kindergartens for the last 20 years, first in New Zealand, before coming to Australia with my partner and two children. I have been part of the Upper Mount Gravatt kindergarten for the last 8 years.
REBECCA THOMPSON
After completing my degree in 2012 I began teaching in both the Primary and Early Childhood settings. I have been a teacher at Upper Mount Gravatt Kindergarten since 2014 and commenced as the Teacher/ Director in 2022.
Elvia Downs
I completed my Bachelor of Education Early Childhood in 2000. In my time as an Early Childhood Teacher I have worked in various settings, including long day care and Community Kindergartens.
Jill Danen
I have been working in early childhood for over 11 years in a variety of settings from childcare to stand-alone kindergartens and have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
Yukiko Steley
I have over 10 years experience working in kindergartens both overseas and in Australia. In Brisbane I have worked at a number of different kindergartens and childcare centres as an assistant and an inclusion support.
Ruby Chui
I am thrilled to join the Upper Mount Gravatt Kindergarten community. I have worked in the early childhood sector in many different roles since completing my Certificate in Children’s Services in 2013.
